Well I hope your Easter was as rewarding for you as it was for me.
Not only did I spend some fabulous time with my family watching all of our grandchildren receiving their Easter gifts and treats, it was the best!
No matter what occasion it is: birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations or a seasonal holiday, families come together.
I know being with family was on top of your priority list, just hope it was a lot of fun for you and your family.
Family is what makes an occasion to remember. But your happiness is up to YOU!
To have times that give us so much joy would be tremendous, if only that were the case.
It can be that way, well sort of. If you take little steps then those little steps begin to become habits and they grow to be a part of your natural life.
Just starting out by doing something small each day, that leaves you in a positive mood is a start and I can give you a few tips on how I try to help overcome negativity.
To keep this happiness feeling going it does start off with you!
If you can, it is hard to start but we have to enjoy every tiny joy each and every day, the big pleasures of happiness are weddings etc;
So start small and the habit begins to grow.
Here is something that surprised me, I have been signing off my blogs with Keep Smiling. I have been telling you to do something that was good for you, YEA!!
It’s a lot easier to adopt a positive attitude when the chemicals being released by your body are conducive to well-being. endorphin and serotonin.
Having these endorphin and serotonin in your body and mind helps with sleep too. Make your world better!!!

But sometimes things just don't go our way, so our positive plans just don't work out
There are times in life when we just have to take the bad with the good.
But I know if I got through my hard knocks, then you can get through your hard knocks too.
Life has it's little ways of stepping in and stopping the positive thinking process.
These small things could be things from having an ill relative or friend in hospital, to that dreaded fear situation of someone passing.
It can be a range of all sorts of things really.
At these times it just proves to us and our family and friends how much we care about each other, in times of crisis.
There are times when something special is called for for, for that "just right " situation.
Sometimes we send flowers with small cards or even send just cards as we are unsure what to say or do. But we all know that those gorgeous flowers simply don't last long.
You have the chance to send or give your best wishes with something beautiful and memorable and also something from the heart. Just a small token of love which is what it is made from, embroidered with and designed by you a Personalised Message Angel Bear , these Teddy Bears are designed by an Australian woman which went through adversity herself, so she quite understands as we do too. These Teddy Bears are something to be treasured for years to come especially seeing they would have your own unique caring message from you.
But at times like this it becomes hard to know when that time is so being there by your family member's side or friend when they need you, and need to talk.
Yes, there have been times over the years I have done just that, until I was able to give something from my heart with love.
These gifts from the heart can be used for many other occasions too.
Much more happier ones like get well, for the sick one's in hospital, birthdays - big and cuddly plus there are more in the range, christenings and graduation's too - unique and stylish.
Naturally all our Teddy Bears come with a smile to brighten up your life. That is their intent, but they do enjoy hugs for whatever reason.
So no matter what time of day, for whatever reason, grab one and hug one, it will always make you feel better.
Keep Smiling Jenny x
