Stop Stressing, Start Being Happier

It is pretty hard to be happy all the time with what's going on in the world these days but we just have to start to consider ourselves more and maybe things will change.

Yes as a mum I have done it myself, putting all of my loved ones worries ahead of mine and all it has done has given me nothing but sickness.

Things are going to change, I have even started a nightime meditation. 

Have any of you thought of doing that at all?

It is very relaxing.

Loving your family and friends is understably the best ever but their problems are for them.

Family is what makes an occasion to remember. But your happiness is up to YOU!

To have times that give us so much joy would be tremendous, if only that were the case.

It can be that way, if you want it badly enough.. 

1/ If you take little steps then those little steps begin to become habits and they grow to be a part of your natural life.

2/ Just starting out by doing something small each day, that leaves you in a positive mood is a start and I can give you a few tips on how I try to help overcome negativity.

3/ Follow the advice at the bottom of each blog and keep smiling, keep this happiness feeling going it does start off with you!

If you can, it is hard to start but we have to enjoy every tiny joy each and every day, the big pleasures of happiness are weddings etc;

So start small and the habit begins to grow.

It’s a lot easier to adopt a positive attitude when the chemicals being released by your body are conducive to well-being. endorphin and serotonin.

Having these endorphin and serotonin in your body and mind helps with sleep too. Make your world better!!!

But sometimes things just don't go our way, so our positive plans just don't work out

There are times in life when we just have to take the bad with the good.

But I know if I got through my hard knocks, then you can get through your hard knocks too.

Life has it's little ways of stepping in and stopping the positive thinking process.

These small things could be things from having an ill relative or friend in hospital,  to that dreaded fear situation of someone passing.

It can be a range of all sorts of things really.

At these times it just proves to us and our family and friends how much we care about each other, in times of crisis.

There are times when something special is called for for, for that "just right " situation.

Sometimes we send flowers with small cards or even send just cards as we are unsure what to say or do. But we all know that those gorgeous flowers simply don't last long.
